About Us

Sustainability, flexibility and reliability have always been our principal motto.

Everything started in 1948. At that time, Konrad Planegger laid the cornerstone for our success with the
construction of a Venetian saw mill.

Operations were expanded continuously over the course of the following years from gang saws (Pini-Kay/WD-Gatter)
up to the shaving facility for small-diameter wood and a band saw for large-diameter wood cuts.
In order to optimise the value creation from “WOOD” as a raw material, two more planing mills and then a
small-diameter wood sorting facility were constructed.

With the recent start-up of the Corali pallet production facility, we can now process all wood that occurs in our own
production into packaging material.
